UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Respondent nos. 2-4, 6, 11, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 24,27, 30 and 34-36 have filed counter affidavit. Respondent nos.8 and 10 are granted four weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit.
Respondent no.11 has filed counter affidavit but fresh vakalatnama has not been filed. Be filed within four weeks as final opportunity.

-4-Item no.6 Respondent nos.7,18, 19, 22, 25, 26, 29, 31, 32 and 37 have failed to file counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted. However, ld. counsels seek one more opportunity. Two weeks time is granted as last and final opportunity. If filed within the time granted, be taken on record else further opportunity stands declined.
Service is complete on respondent no.15. Ld. counsel, Mr Abraham Mathew appearing on behalf of Mr Nishe Rajen Shonker, Advocate-on-record undertakes to appear on behalf of respondent no.15 and seeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks.
