ORDER
This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2021 to issue patta in the petitioners' name in village ayan punja Re-Survey No.94 to an extent of 2.54 cents to each of the petitioner.
2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioners dated 01.09.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP.No.22234 of 2021 petitioners and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to issue patta in favour of the petitioners in respect of the land in village ayan punja Re-survey No.94 to an extent of 2.54 cents, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
