Section 62 in Tamil Nadu National Law School Act, 2012
62. Power to obtain information.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or in any other law for the time being in force, the Government may, by order in writing, call for any information from the School on any matter relating to the affairs of the School and the School shall, if such information is available with it, furnish to the Government such information within a reasonable period:Provided that in the case of information which the School considers confidential, the School may place the same before the Chancellor for his decision.
