Section 1 in The U.P. Electricity Reforms Act, 1999
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Reforms Act, 1999.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
