                                              ORAL ORDER

Parole   leave   is   sought   by   the   prisoner   for   carrying   out   agricultural  activities in his field. For the same purpose he was admitted to leave in the year  2014. There is no adverse remarks in his jail conduct and was lastly released in  2017 twice for a period of six days and has reported back in time. 

Having considered the cause shown, the case for admitting the petitioner  to parole leave for 10 days is made out. Accordingly the applicant is ordered to  be released on parole leave for a period of 10 days from the date of his actual  release on his furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 5,000/­ (Rupees Five Thousand  Only) to the jail authority on usual terms and conditions. Meanwhile operation of  the order under Section 268 of Code of Criminal Procedure shall remain in  abeyance. The applicant shall surrender to the jail authority on expiry of the  parole leave.  Rule is made absolute  to the aforesaid extent.
