Section 21(3) in The War Injuries (Compensation Insurance) Act, 1943

(3)On the application of this section 6[to any such territory] the provisions of section 10 shall be deemed to prohibit any person except a person authorised by the Central Government as its agent to issue policies in pursuance of the Scheme from carrying on after the date of the notification by which this section is applied the business of insuring employers 7[in that territory] against liabilities insurance against which is provided under the Scheme.The First Schedule][See Sections 2 and 5(1).]
