18. Preparation of the Project Plans.
- The local authorities and local bodies concerned may. by themselves or in collaboration with one or more of the participating authorities and local bodies concerned, as the case may be, prepare Project Plans for one or more elements of the Regional Plan or Sub-Regional Plan.
