If the opposite party evades service of notice or makes unreasonable delay in showing cause, the Court may find it necessary to make an appropriate order of injunction. On the other hand an interim injunction should be dissolved if the plaintiff makes wilful default in depositing, the process fee, causing the service of notice on the opposite party or otherwise prosecuting the matter with diligence.
