Mahesh Grover, J The order dated 19.02.2014, the non compliance of which the petitioner alleges, required the respondents to grant him benefit in terms of office order dated 25.03.2006 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order, which has since been done as has been stated at bar by the learned counsel for the respondents, rendering the instant petition infructuous, which is disposed of accordingly, leaving the petitioner to his remedies in law in the event of his dissatisfaction against the order so passed.
