Section 5(b) in Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Rules, 2007
(b)Whereas, in case of genetically modified organisms or transgenic cotton varieties, in addition to the declaration required as per sub clause (a), the label shall contain contents as prescribed by Genetic Engineering Approval Committee for commercial release.
