16.
Except as provided in these rules other service conditions of the District Adult Education Officers, Project Officers, Assistant Project Officers and Supervisors shall be regulated by other rules applicable to Officers of the State Government made by the appropriate authority under the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and for the time being in force.
