Section 194 in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
194. Free Zone.
- The area from the junction of Station Feeder Road and Burdwan Road to New Jalpaiguri shall be a free zone within which any transport vehicle may ply without any counter-signature of permit by Regional Transport Authority, Jalpaiguri or without payment of any additional fee therefor subject to modifications issued by State Government by order from time to time.
