Section 23 in The Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Hoardings Act, 1985
23. Utilisation of acquired hoardings.
- It shall be open to the Government to remove any hoarding acquired under this Act or to use or permit the use of such hoarding in public interest in such manner as they deem fit.
