Section 43(2) in Gujarat Irrigation and Drainage Act, 2013
(2)No appeal shall be maintainable after the expiry of thirty days from the date on which the order appealed against was communicated to the appellant:Provided that such appeal may be entertained by the Appellate Authority after the said stipulated period if it is satisfied that there are sufficient reasons for condoning such delay in preferring the appeal.
