75. Abridged letter of offer.
(1)The abridged letter of offer shall contain the disclosures as specified by the Board in Part F of Schedule VI and shall not contain any matter extraneous to the contents of the letter of offer.(2)Every application form distributed by the issuer or any other person in relation to the issue shall be accompanied by a copy of the abridged letter of offer.
