                  PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
                  India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent
                  to countersign the teaching experience certificate of the petitioner
                  dated   16.10.2019        issued      by    the   Sivanthi    Aditanar     College,
                  Pillaiyarpuram, Kanyakumari District, within the time frame fixed by
                  this Court.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the fourth respondent to countersign the teaching experience certificate of the petitioner dated 16.10.2019 issued by the Sivanthi Aditanar College, Pillaiyarpuram, Kanyakumari District, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, on instructions, Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the fourth respondent will countersign the teaching experience certificate produced by the petitioner, dated 16.10.2019.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, directing the fourth respondent to countersign the teaching experience certificate produced by the petitioner, dated 16.10.2019 by today (25.10.2019) itself.
