(2)Every order made under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before each House of the State Legislature.[23-A. Vacancies of defects in appointment not to invalidate orders.- No act or proceeding of the [District Forum] [Substituted for "Divisional Forum" by Act No. XXI of 2011, dated 21.04.2002, w.e.f. 08.12.2011.] or the State Commission, as the case may be, shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy amongst its members or any defect in the constitution thereof.] [Inserted by Act XIX of 1997 section 18.]
