/795In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 31 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 (73 of 1993), as amended by the National Council for Teacher Education (Amendment and Validation) Ordinance, 2006 (Ordinance 2 of 2006), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:--
