Section 2(iii) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Delegation of Financial Powers) Regulations, 2014
(iii)Chairman shall mean Chairman of Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission. The Chairman shall be the Chief Executive of the Commission (sub-section 84 of the Act).
