Section 3(4) in The Punjab Agricultural Credit Operations and Miscellaneous Provisions (Banks) Act, 1978
(4)The Registrar or any other person appointed by him in this behalf shall prepare a list of co-operative societies registered under the Punjab Co-operative Societies Act, 1961, and publish the same in the Official Gazette after such interval as may be prescribed.
