10. Exhibition of price and stock by dealers.

- Every [Licensed Dealer] [Substituted by U.P. Cement Control (First Amendment) Order, 1978, dated 13.3.1978.] shall exhibit at the entrance or some other prominent place of his business premises the retail price of cement and the stock of cement actually held by him at the beginning of the day.
