Section 11(1) in The M.P. Farmers' Organisation Election Rules, 1999
(1)The election shall be held for the purpose of constituting a Water Users Association after the commencement of the Act and on the expiration of the term of the Water Users' Association or on vacancy in such office either by death, resignation or recall.
