Section 24(4) in Gujarat Educational Innovations Commission Act, 2009
(4)(a)The term of each fellow shall be one year:Provided that where the Commission is of opinion that in order to enable the fellow to complete his research or thesis, it is necessary so to do, it may extend his term for a period not more than one year.(b)The salary and allowances payable to a fellow shall be such as may be determined by the Commission by regulations.
