35B. [ Power of State Government to fix pay, etc., of officers and servants of District Boards. [Inserted by the Bengal Act 5 of 1908.]
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the provision made in or under this Act, the [State] Government shall have power to fix the designations, grades and pay of the officers end servants of any District Board or any class of such officers and servants.]
