Section 24 in Rajasthan Special Economic Zones Act, 2015
24. Amendment of Central Act No. 14 of 1947.
- In the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act No. 14 of 1947), in its application to the State of Rajasthan, after the existing sub-clause (v) and before sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of Section 2, the following new sub-clause shall be inserted, namely: -"(va) Any industry in the Special Economic Zone: and".
