144. Circuit Benches.
The provisions of these rules shall mutatis mutandis govern applications entertained by circuit benches subject to such adaptations as may by order be made by the concerned Vice-Chairperson on being satisfied that it is necessary to do so in the interest of justice. __________(1) Vide S.R.O. 6(E), dated 11th May, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Pt.
