9. Allocation of an accrediting agency for accreditation.
(1)The Higher Educational Institution shall give three choices of the AAA at the time of submission of application.(2)The AAC shall have the final decision to allocate an AAA for a Higher Educational Institution considering all the relevant factors and the decision of AAC will be binding on the Higher Educational Institution and the AAA concerned.
