1. Mr. Tejas Karia, learned counsel for the respondent in O.M.P. (COMM) 416/2022, states that he has been instructed to oppose the application for condonation of delay in re-filing of the petition. It may be mentioned that by order dated 15.05.2024, it was recorded that the objection as to the original filing being non-est, was not pressed.
