Section 3(1) in Guru Jambheshwar University Hisar Act, 1995
(1)There shall continue to be a body corporate by the name of Guru Jambheshwar University comprising of the Chancellor and the Vice-Chancellor of the University, and the members of the Court, the Executive Council and the Academic Council and all persons, who may hereafter become or be appointed as such officers or members, so long as they continue to hold such office or membership.
