Section 17(4)(iv) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licencing for Transmission of Electricity) Regulations, 2007

(iv)A statement that any person, desirous of making any suggestion or objection to the proposed amendment, may do so by filing written petition in six copies addressed to the Secretary within thirty days from the date of the first publication of the notice.
