48. Vocational training.
(a)Every institution shall provide gainful vocational training to juveniles or children.(b)The institutions shall develop networking with Institute of Technical Instruc-tion, Jan Shikshan Sansthan, Government and Private Organisation or Enterprises, Agencies or Non-Governmental Organisation with expertise or placement agencies.
