19. Obligation to maintain secrecy.
- Every officer or employee shall maintain the strict secrecy regarding the Bank's affair and its constituents and shall not divulge directly or indirectly any information of a confidential nature either to a member of the public or to the Bank's staff, unless in compliance of the order passed by the judicial or quasi judicial authority or unless instructed to do so by a superior officer in writing in discharge of his duties and shall submit a declaration as specified in Schedule - II.
