91.
(1)The Sikkim Forests, Water Courses and Road Reserve (Preservation and Protection) Ordinance, 1988 (Ordinance No.2 of 1988), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal. anything done or any action taken in the exercise of the powers conferred by or under that Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken in exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act as if this Act was in force on the day on which such thing was done or such action was taken.(3)All existing orders, notifications, rules, regulations, bye-laws, proclamations and other instrument having the force of law shall be deemed to have been made under this Act and they shall remain in force till the rules under the provisions of this Act are made.
