Section 27(1) in The Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and subject to the control of the Government, the Board may from time to time incur expenditure and undertake work, in any area in which this Act is in force for the framing and execution of such housing schemes as it may consider necessary.
