(2)Upon receipt of such opinion, the [State] Government after such further enquiry if any, as it shall deem fit to cause to be made, may, by notification published as provided in section 323, direct that such place be reopened for the disposal of the dead. Every order so made shall be noted in the register kept under section 320.
