20. Exemption from damages.
- None of the officers entrusted with the preparation or publication of any electoral roll shall be held legally liable for damages by the reason only of any omission or inaccuracy in respect of such roll or any non-compliance with the dates prescribed by or with the other directions regarding the preparation thereof as well as of the lists of additions and corrections, if any.
