16. Powers and functions of Chairperson.
(1)The Chairperson shall exercise such powers and discharge such functions as may be delegated to him by the Board or as may be specified by the Statutes.(2)If for any reason, the Chairperson is unable to attend any meeting of the Board, any member of the Board nominated by the Chairperson shall preside over the meeting.
