ORAL ORDER
(Per : THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. D.S.SINHA) #. Rule. Mr.M.D.Pandya, Mr.Premal R.Joshi and Mr.Prashant G.Desai, the learned counsels representing the respondents waive service of Rule.
#. Heard Mr.K.K.Trivedi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.M.D.Pandya, Mr.Premal R.Joshi and Mr.Prashant G.Desai, the learned counsels representing the respondents.
#. Until ordered otherwise, the operation of the order dated 17th July, 2002, passed by the Collector, Surat (Annexure-M), so far as it directs the respondent No.1 to stop the electric supply to the petitioners in the construction already made shall remain stayed. It is clarified that the interim order shall not extend to any construction raised after October, 2000.
#. It is further clarified that the Collector, Surat, shall be free to continue the proceedings envisaged in the order dated 17th July, 2002.
