52. Period of membership of the Authorities.
(1)All ex-officio members of all authorities of the University shall hold office so long as they hold membership, offices or posts by virtue of which they become members of such Authorities.(2)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, all other members of the Authorities of the University shall hold office for a period of five years or till the expiry of the term of membership, whichever is earlier from the date of election, nomination, appointment or choosing of the members concerned.
