       Shri Amit Sharma, learned P.L. for the State.
       Heard.
       The petitioner-licencee Kerosene Hawker, has filed this petition
under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for quashment of the
order dated 2.1.2008 passed by the respondent no.2 Collector Rewa,

whereby the supply of kerosene to the Hawker like petitioner, contrary to circular of the State of M.P. Annexure-P-1 and Annexure-P-3, has been reduced from one thousand liters to two hundred liters per month.

In the course of arguments in response of some query of the Court, petitioner's counsel has made his limited prayer to dispose of this petition with appropriate direction to the respondent no.2 Collector Rewa, to consider and decide his pending representation/objection Annexure-P-4, P-5, P-6 and P-7 respectively keeping in view the provision and direction given in the aforesaid circular Annexure-P-1 and Annexure-P-3 on some early date with a further direction that on such consideration if the petitioner is found to be entitled to get the Kerosene 1000 liters per month, then the same be supplied to him by the respondents authorities.

State counsel did not have any objection in disposing of the petition on the aforesaid limited prayer of the petitioner's counsel.

In view of the aforesaid, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 Collector Rewa, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner Annexure-P-4 to P-7, keeping in view the direction and averments of Circular Annexure-P-1 and Annexure-P-3 by speaking order within 30 days from the date of submitting the certified copy of this order along with the copy of this petition with annexures in his Office.

The petitioner's counsel is directed to submit the aforesaid papers in the Office of respondents no.2 within 10 working days.
