Section 63(4) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2002
(4)If the report-or information obtained in terms of the above regulations or any part thereof is proposed to be relied upon by the Commission forming its opinion or view in any Proceedings, the parties in the proceedings shall be given a reasonable opportunity for filing report or information.
