Section 2 in Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Rules, 1995
2. Definition:
- In these Rules unless the context otherwise requires :-(1)"Act" means the Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Act, 1995.(2)"From" means a form appended to these rules.(3)"Government and State" means respectively the Government of Rajasthan and the State of Rajasthan.(4)The words and expressions used herein but not defined in these rules shall have the same meaning as are respectively assigned to them in the Act.
