(3)The bodies entitled to nominate or elect [representative to] [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 507(E), dated 10.5.2016 (w.e.f. 18.6.2013).] the Academic Council shall be invited by the Registrar to do so within a period not exceeding six weeks from the date on which such invitations are issued by him.
