Section 35(8) in The M.P. Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
(8)When a duplicate conductor's licence is issued under sub-rule (5) it shall be clearly stamped "DUPLICATE" in red ink and shall be marked with the date of issue of the duplicate and the seal of the Licensing Authority.
