Section 18(6) in Chit Funds (Rajasthan) Rules, 1989
(6)Where the immovable property offered as security is situated outside the jurisdiction of the Registrar having jurisdiction over the chit, the inspection of the property shall, under the order of the concerned State Government, be made by the Registrar having Jurisdiction over such property, who shall for4ward a report to the Registrar concerned as to the sufficiency of the security.
