Section 13(1) in The Maharashtra Land Revenue (Revenue Surveys and Sub-Divisions of Survey Number) Rules, 1969
(1)Land of any of the kinds specified in sub-rule (2) shall be measured and mapped in accordance with rules 3 to 6 (both inclusive) but shall not be classified in accordance with Rules 7 to 10.
