(xx)"President" and "Vice-President" means the President and Vice-President respectively of [Gram Nirman Samiti or Gram Vikas Samiti or Janpad Panchayat] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 16 of 2004 (w.e.f. 1-1-2005).] or Zila Panchayat, as the case may be;
