2. Issue notice to opposite party no.2 by ordinary as well as registered post with A/D for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks, failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
3. List this case after appearance of opposite party no.2 or on valid service of notice, whichever may be earlier.
4. List this case on 10.11.2023.
5. In the meantime, no coercive step shall be taken Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56483 of 2023(3) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 against the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 3461(C) of 2022 pending before the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
