Section 41(1) in THE MARINE AIDS TO NAVIGATION ACT, 2021
(1)Whoever, commits any act or omits to do any act, which results in damage to or destruction of any heritage lighthouse, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term which may extend up to six months or with fine which may extend up to one lakh rupees, or with both.
