Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Patna Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Corporation').

Petitioner retired from the post of Miscellaneous Licence Inspector on 31.08.2014. He claims the remaining pension, gratuity, unutilized leave, arrears of ACP and Rs. 500/- deposited as securities along 18% interest.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 4, the Executive Officer, New Capital Circle, P. M.C. Patna which will be disposed of within a period of four Patna High Court CWJC No.8489 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due along with statutory interest would be paid within two months thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post.
